“For the first time since its inception, the Millville Police Department’s chaplain program was deployed and was able to pick up 10 juveniles violating curfew Friday night.

The juveniles were taken to the Family Success Center on East Main Street and not charged for violating curfew, according to authorities.

The chaplain program was formally approved in March by the city commission to allow the police department to utilize and train the local clergy to assist in operations.”
